Bio Energy Plan – Weight Loss

This program uses the Bio- Energy test to help you lose weight and keep the weight off through an individualized plan based on your Bio-Energy Test results! The Bio-Energy test is performed at Discovery Health Healing Center consisting of a series of tests including a vital capacity test, resting breathing test, and a bike exercise test taking a total of about 45 minutes to an hour. Along with other measurements, the Bio-Energy Test computer system will be able to calculate a variety of metrics relating to your energy system’s health.

Weight loss is not one size fits all, and eating less and exercising more is not always the answer. Many people claim they cannot lose weight because they have a slow metabolism. This may or may not be true, but knowing how well your metabolism is functioning is one of the many important markers the Bio-Energy test gives us to help you lose weight and feel your best. Bio-Energy testing calculates your metabolism to determine the perfect caloric intake for you and you only. This is what sets this program apart from the others. A plan is optimally designed based on your Bio-Energy testing results and will include your resting metabolism, your fat burning heart rate, your ideal caloric intake and burning ability and changes in your foods to optimize energy and weight loss.
